CCVapes wants to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase and takes great pride in timely and professional service.
eLiquid
Because eliquid is a consumable item, we are unable to return or exchange opened and/or partially used bottles. However, there are other circumstances where a refund or replacement can be available. Such as:
- Bottles that are damaged during shipping or due to packaging defects
- Size of bottle in volume is incorrect
- Other special cases
Hardware
We are unable to return used hardware items. All hardware is guaranteed to not be DOA. All hardware items have a 14 day exchange policy and are covered under a limited warranty to be free of defects.
Cartomizers, atomizers or clearomizers can be returned or exchanged under the circumstance it is DOA. They are otherwise not covered by a warranty.
Shipping
In the event of an exchange due to a mistake or DOA CCVapes will cover the cost of shipping.
Refunds or credits are otherwise not available.
